Archer Sex Offender Arrested for Violating Registration Requirements

Registered sex offender Cuncy Lee Dillards, 34, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with three counts of failing to abide by sex offender registration requirements.

On April 26, 2010, Dillards was designated as a registered sex offender following a conviction for lewd and lascivious battery against a victim between 12 and 15 years of age.

Dillards failed to list his two vehicles on his sexual offender registration form, granting him the first two counts. Dillards received a third count for signing the sex offender registration form with the false information on it.

Dillards has two previous adjudications from 2013 and 2024 for violating sex offender registration requirements.
