Ozel Alan Parker, 40, was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with domestic battery and child cruelty.
Parker was reportedly in an argument with the minor victim when an adult victim got in between
Cervantes Chandon Betts, 20, was charged on Monday with aggravated battery against a pregnant woman and attempted robbery by sudden snatching.

Orvil Eugene Stone, 53, was arrested last week and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Stone reportedly beat the victim with a wooden stick, leaving bruises and lacerations. The beating only
Keenan Karl King, 33, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with domestic battery.
King reportedly grabbed the victim’s hair, scratched her shoulder to the point of bleeding and took her phone.
