Bonded-Out Batterer Booked for Burglary and Other Charges
A man who was released on bond in a felony battery case has been arrested again for kidnapping, robbery, aggravated battery, burglary and violating a domestic violence injunction.
In July, Ollie Trey Williams, 49, reportedly punched the victim and sprayed her with a chemical agent. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
Williams was arrested again in November after breaking into the victim’s house. Williams reportedly beat her and forcefully kidnapped her in his vehicle. Williams drove to the victim’s residence. After they arrived, the victim was able to escape and Williams ransacked her residence by throwing food and glass everywhere.
Chief Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Mark Mosley granted the state’s pretrial detention motion so Williams will be held in jail as his case foregoes.
