Child Center for Early Living Employee Abuses Kid on Camera

Child Center for Early Living employee Keoni Ellis, 28, was arrested on Thursday after she was caught on video physically abusing a child. 

At 9:32 a.m. Ellis was seen pinching the student in the upper thigh/groin area before dragging him by the shoulder a minute later. The victim had injuries to his neck and arm. 

Ellis alleged the victim’s parents gave her permission for her actions. 

Ellis was charged with child abuse and released on a $5,000 bond.
