Convicted Kidnapper Arrested for Strangling Two Women
Justin Bradley Ramer, 27, was arrested on Friday night and charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
One of the victims told Ramer his alarm woke her up and he reportedly began yelling and broke things, including a shower. Ramer began trying to get in the broken shower and the victim tried to stop him so it wouldn’t flood.
Ramer began hitting the victim and then began hitting the other victim before strangaling them both on the floor. Both of the victims had injuries from his attack.
Ramer claimed the victims “attacked” him and said he “only pushed them in self defense."
In 2020 Ramer was found guilty and convicted of robbery and kidnapping for forcing a victim into his room with multiple other men and stealing his Xbox.
The State Attorney’s Office has filed a pretrial detention motion on Ramer.
