FEMA IT Manager Arrested for Domestic Battery by Strangulation

Perry Leon Wilson, 63, was arrested on February 15 on a warrant for domestic battery by strangulation. Wilson was charged via sworn complaint a day prior after getting into a fight with the victim and reportedly strangling her. The victim’s voice was raspy when she spoke with police, consistent with having been choked.
Wilson’s first appearance order says he's been employed as an information technology manager with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the past decade.
Wilson was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
