Florida Sex Offender Arrested for Accessing NFL App on Super Bowl

Registered sex offender Carl Dennis Stewart, 62, was arrested on Tuesday for violating his sex offender probation.

Probation Officer Ann Marie-Brown reports that on February 9 Stewart accessed the National Football League (NFL) app on his phone.

Stewart is required to complete a risk assessment and implement an online safety plan with a qualified practitioner before accessing the internet. 

In 2011 Stewart was found guilty of sexually battering a child.

Stewart currently has no bond.
