Keyonta Tanell Smith, 33, was arrested on Monday and charged with burglary with battery (domestic).

The arrest report states Smith’s partner was in an apartment with someone else when he broke inside and began punching her.

Smith was seen breaking into the residence on a neighbor's camera. Two witnesses reported that Smith punched the victim and hit her with a walking stick.

The victim told police that “physical altercations are a normal occurrence between herself and Keyonta Smith.”

Smith had sworn complaint charges for domestic battery in 2021 and 2023 but the charges were dropped.

Smith has 20 felony adjudications and 19 misdemeanor adjudications.

Smith has no bond.
