Gainesville Man Arrested on Aggravated Battery Warrant

Karatee Crusoe Banks Jr, 36, was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for aggravated battery. 

On December 20, Banks was charged via sworn complaint after reportedly shoving the victim into a wall, and shoving her again after she went to get back up. 

Banks’ bond is set at $100,000.

In 2021, Banks was found guilty of domestic battery. Banks punched the victim in front of a witness and the victim stated he physically abused her in the past.
