Gainesville Man Arrested on Domestic Battery by Strangulation Warrant

Brice Simeon Daniels, 24, was arrested on Thursday on a warrant for a charge of domestic battery by strangulation. 

Daniels was charged via sworn complaint in September. 

The victim reported that Daniels was angry at her for going to a party and went into her car after she asked him to leave.

While in the car, Daniels reportedly punched the victim several times, slammed her head into the door and choked her, leaving visible injuries. 

Daniels’ bond is set at $75,000.
