Gainesville Man Pushes Woman on Glass and Threatens to Kill Cop on Christmas Eve

Gregory Fred Gregoire, 55, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with intimidation and battery by a convicted batterer.

Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) Deputy Steven Soultanian reported that he witnessed Gergorie push the victim onto a pile of glass.

Soultanian reported “While on the way to the jail, [Gregoire] made comments about how he wished I would die and then stated he would put a bullet in my brain. Along with [stating] when he got out of the handcuffs in the jail he would fight me.”

In 2003, Gregoire was convicted of domestic battery.

In 2018, Gregoire was convicted of battery.

Earlier this year, Gregoire was convicted of battery by a convicted batterer, and he is currently on probation.

Gregoire’s bond is set at $125,000.
