High Springs Man Arrested for Violating Pretrial Release Conditions in Domestic Battery Case
On July 28 Michael W. Williamson, 45, was arrested and charged with domestic battery.
Williamson reportedly hit the victim in the face with a steel boot.
Williamson was released on a $99 bond a few days after his arrest. He was ordered to not contact the victim or possess any weapons.
Williamson was booked into jail yesterday on two counts of violating his pretrial release conditions.
State Attorney Brian Kramer states on a court record that Williamson drove to the victim’s residence on two occasions during September.
