High Springs Man Released on Bond After Domestic Battery Arrest

Joshua Michael Langston, 40, was arrested on Sunday and charged with domestic battery. 

During a verbal argument, Langston got in the victim’s face and pushed her with his chest. As the victim was getting her belongings to leave Langston grabbed her and choked her. 

A witness in the house recounted Langston’s actions to police. The witness said Langston blamed her for “telling [the victim] things.” 

Langston was released on a $1,000 bond and has been ordered to not make any direct or indirect contact with the victim.
