Man Arrested for Battery After Being Previously Granted Pretrial Diversion in Battery Case

Zachariah David Lower, 27, was arrested on Saturday and charged with simple battery. 

The arrest report states Lower head butted the victim during an argument. 

Gainesville Police Department Officer Dante Zanders observed physical injuries on the victim. Lower denied attacking her.
