Man Arrested For Domestic Battery and Resisting Arrest
Brian Randall Bess, 43, was arrested on Saturday and charged with resisting an officer without violence, domestic battery and domestic battery by strangulation.
The victim reported that Bess aggressively approached her and strangled her. The victim had injuries consistent with her account.
Bess reportedly walked away from arresting officers and resisted arrest.
Bess’ bond is set at $95,000.
