Hudson and the victim were having an argument outside their residence. Hudson took the victim’s keys and phone and drove away.

Hudson would return and enter the victim’s room, where he threw her phone on the bed. Despite the victim not being Hudson’s partner, he accused her of cheating.

Hudson picked up the phone, so the victim went to get it back. Hudson pushed the victim several times, causing her to hit her head and fall.

Hudson went downstairs, so the victim got up and followed him. Hudson continued pushing the victim, so she grabbed a taser and attempted to tase him.

Gordon observed bruises on the victim from Hudson’s attack.

Hudson has the option of posting a $5,000 surety bond or paying a $500 cash bond for his battery charge. He is eligible to be released on recognizance for his robbery charge.

Hudson has no criminal adjudications.
