Man Arrested For Shoving Spouse into Bookcase
David Armandi McKinney, 52, was arrested on Friday and charged with domestic battery.
The arrest report states that McKinney’s spouse confronted him for cheating on her, and he pushed her into a bookcase. The victim sustained bruises to her elbow and hand.
McKinney reportedly admitted to shoving the victim but claimed he did it lightly and that the victim “caused the injuries to herself by throwing herself.”
McKinney was released on recognizance. He must not have any direct or indirect contact with the victim and he must maintain an alternate residence.
