Quinton Trevon Robinson, 22, was arrested last month and charged with one count of child cruelty and two counts of aggravated battery.

Robinson reportedly intentionally struck the victim’s vehicle with his vehicle after a custody dispute, knowing there were kids inside the victim’s car.

Robinson admitted to police that he followed the vehicle but claimed the victim initiated vehicular contact.

On November 22, Robinson made a motion to set a bond and it was granted by Judge James Colaw.

Robinson posted a $45,000 bond.
