Man Released on Bond After Sexually Assaulting Elderly Person

Ryan Christopher Dee, 47, was arrested on Sunday and charged with indecent exposure and abusing an elderly person. 

The victim was walking her dog when she noticed Dee making eye contact with her from the driver’s seat of his car. Dee opened the car door while not having any pants on and masturbated while staring at the victim.  

The victim gave police Dee’s license plate number, and he was arrested shortly after. 

Dee admitted to police that he publicly masturbated but stated he didn’t think anyone saw him. Dee claimed he was “discreet.” 

Dee’s arresting officer, Alachua County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Steven Pillar, reported Dee “didn’t seem phased or give the impression he was falsely accused of such an act.”

Dee was released on a $20,000 bond a day after his arrest.
