Jeremy Phillip Weber, 35, was found guilty of felony battery by a repeat offender last week and sentenced to two years of probation.

Weber tackled the victim to the ground during an argument, leaving bruises on her face and arms.

Weber denied hitting the victim, but a witness told police he struck the victim when she was on the ground.

Weber is required to report to the probation office in Alachua County.

Weber will have to attend and complete a batterers' intervention program, a substance abuse evaluation, take random drug tests, and watch the following TED Talk video.
