Newberry Man Sentenced to One Year Probation for Masterbating in Front of Woman Without Consent

Kobe Deon Delima, 21, was found guilty of voyeurism Tuesday and sentenced to one year of probation.  

Delima was arrested in August 2024 after masterbating while looking at a woman through her window when she was naked. 

Delima’s probation conditions include no contact with the victim.
