Nineteen Year Old With “352 FL” Face Tat Commits Harassment From 352 Number

O'Marion Bentley Kelley, 19, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with stalking and harassment. 

The victim told Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) Deputy Christin Deluca that Kelley keyed her car and that he'd been harassing her over the phone. The victim said Kelley was using fake phone numbers and that she believed most of the 137 voicemails she had that day were from him.

Kelley called the victim while she was speaking to Deluca. Deluca reportedly answered the phone and told Kelley to stop calling. 

Kelley identified his number as (352)-317-6807.  

Deluca concluded that Kelley attempted to contact the victim by phone 197 times. 

Deluca reported, “Much of the content of the text messages serves no purpose and is him either calling her derogatory names or pleading for her to forgive him. Though [Kelley] does mention his belongings a few times, much of the conversation is solely harassment, attempting to get the victim to re-engage in their relationship.” 

The day following Kelley’s arrest, he was charged with burglary and domestic battery for another incident that occurred November 15 against the same victim. She was attempting to retrieve her property from Kelley’s house. Kelley said he’d give the victim her stuff back if she retunred his gifts to him. 

The victim said no, and Kelley began to attack her. Kelley grabbed her and took her car keys from her hands. Kelley opened the victim’s car door and took her phone. 

The victim reported that she got in her car, and after a few moments, Kelley opened the door again and grabbed her purse. The victim was able to grab the purse back.  

The victim told police that Kelley spit on her hair before leaving. 

Kelley was released on a $7,500 bond.
