Marlon Herber Mercado Esquilin, 49, has started serving time in prison following a jury trial and conviction for sexual battery. Judge David Kreider sentenced him to 15 years in prison, the maximum sentence.
Leandro Gramajo, 35, was booked into the Alachua County Jail at around 4:30 a.m. today on a sexual battery warrant.
Gramajo currently has no bond because the State Attorney’s Office
