Registered Sex Offender Arrested for Using Snapchat Without Internet Safety Plan

Registered sex offender Keith Gary Bradford, 32, was arrested last week for violating his sex offender probation. 

In 2013, Bradford was found guilty of sexual battery and sentenced to ten years in prison followed by five years of probation. 

A search of Bradford’s phone showed he accessed Snapchat without implementing an online safety plan approved by a qualified practitioner. 

Bradford sent a letter to Judge Denise Ferrero but it's not currently available on the Alachua County Court Records page.

Bradford has an arraignment scheduled for March 5.
