Registered Sex Offender Released on Bond After Violating Registration Requirements

Felipe Dominguez-Fernandez, 68, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with two counts of violating sex offender registration requirements.
In 2007, Dominguez-Fernandez was convicted of committing sexual battery.

Alachua County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ryan Depete reported that Dominguez-Fernandez had the incorrect home address on his sexual offender registration form and admitted to owning a Honda CR-V that wasn’t registered.
Dominguez-Fernandez was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
