Santa Fe College Releases Statement in Response to Officer's Comments on BWC Footage
Santa Fe College (SF) Assistant President Jay Anderson released the following statement on behalf of the college in regards to a SF Police Department (SFPD) officer's comments on body camera footage:

"Santa Fe College is aware of remarks made by a college employee that was captured on a Santa Fe College Police Officer body camera. The Santa Fe College Police Department is addressing the matter internally.
All SFPD officers will continue to be trained in crisis intervention. As an open access institution focused on education, Santa Fe College holds its employees to higher standards of professionalism and respect. Santa Fe College does not condone disparaging or demeaning language from anyone in the college community."
