State Files Pretrial Detention Motion on Man Facing Sexual Battery Charges

Kevin Allen, 25, was arrested on September 13 and charged with sexual battery after he raped a family member under the age of 12. The rape was proven with forensic examination.

Allen was arrested a few days later at a Circle K.

Allen was given another charge of drug possession with intent to sell due to police finding baggies of cannabis in his vehicle.

Allen is not eligible for bond pending a motion of pretrial detention by the State Attorney's Office. The motion will be heard by Judge David Kreider on September 24.
