David Dwayne Upton, 39, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with false imprisonment, dating violence and hindering 911 communications.
Gainesville Police Department (GPD) Officer Charles Talton wrote on the arrest report that Upton
Rubin Lenard Davis, 45, was arrested on Sunday and charged with felony domestic battery with a prior conviction.
Davis reportedly slapped the victim and broke a T.V. before leaving the residence.

Willie James McKnight, 24, was arrested on Friday and charged with domestic battery.
Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) Deputy Eric Morris was called out to the residence and found McKnight in the
Brandon Daniel Thompson, 33, was arrested on Sunday and charged with domestic battery and domestic battery by strangulation.
On camera, Thompson aggressively shoved his girlfriend’s mother while screaming obscenities at his girlfriend.
J Edward Norman, 65, was arrested on Sunday and charged with domestic battery.
The arrest report states Norman hit the victim’s multiple times causing injuries to her face.
Norman has seven felony
