Stephen Michael Lehr, 52, was arrested on Friday night and charged with simple assault and burglary with assault or battery.
Lehr approached the victim, a stranger, while she was waiting by her car.
Richard Michael Prest-Neumann, 40, was arrested on Friday night and charged with domestic battery.
The arrest report reads as follows:
“The offender had come home from work and got into an argument with
Marlon Herber Mercado Esquilin, 44, was arrested on Thursday and charged with sexual battery.
The rape occurred during March 2022 and a sworn complaint charge on Esquilin was filed in September 2024.
