Registered sexual predator Matthew Leland Williams, 45, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with three counts of failing to comply with sexual predator registration requirements.

On July 30, 2014, Williams was convicted of committing sexual battery against a child through coercion.

Police databases show Williams owns a 2016 black Honda with the tag CI53AC, but his most recent registration lists a 2000 gold Ford Explorer with the same tag. Police found the Honda at Williams’ residence and he reportedly admitted ownership.

An additional vehicle at Williams’ address was not registered to his sexual predator registration form.

Williams also reported employment at two companies, Alrod Logistics and O’Steen Brothers, but his sexual predator registration only lists Alrod Logistics.

Williams reportedly admitted to “spending numerous weekends at an unknown alternate address,” while his registration doesn’t list any alternate addresses.

Williams’ bond is set at $225,000.
